L U X U R Y C R U I S I N G FINE DINING FR IEND S HIP

Luxury Cruising with an African American Twist embodies our Friends program. Our luxury voyages offer serene suites, exquisite fine dining options, personalized service and enriching activities, all within a context conducive to the modern African American globe-trotter.

Our 2021 Bahamas program will be hosted onboard The Crystal Serenity. The Serenity was recently renovated, offering clients elegant styling throughout the restaurants and lounges, as well as new decor across her 356 balcony rooms.

Every day will be a culinary adventure onboard the Crystal Serenity. Over beautifully set tables, you’ll dine on Michelin-level cuisines. The Waterside offers exceptional menus of classic favorites and modern specialties.

The Churrascaria is the new Brazilian steakhouse offering a mouth-watering selection of tapas and ceviche's, salads and soups, vegetables, and freshly grilled meat and seafood. Silk Kitchen and Bar is the Chinese-inspired al fresco where you will enjoy authentic family-style sharing plates. Umi Uma Restaurant & Sushi Bar is Nobu’s specialty restaurant, serving his acclaimed Japanese-Peruvian cuisine. Finally, you will not want to miss Prego, serving Italian favorites. Destination Insights • Winter 2018 T The Bahamas has more than 700 subtropical islands and more than 2400 cays, mostly uninhibited. From the hustle-and-bustle of Nassau to the beautiful coastal corals, there is something for everyone to enjoy here. We encourage all of you to explore the beaches, forests, and tiny towns throughout the islands. As Friends, we like to get to know the locals.

The Bahamian locals are laid-back and love to chat. We hope that you get to meet some people to learn about their local history. You may find many commonalities as a part of the African diaspora. Get ready for comprehensive overview of the Bahamian islands with stops in Bimini, Harbor Island, San Salvador, Long Island, and Great Exuma. The ports sound amazing don’t they? But don’t forget that you'll be traveling with Friends so throughout this voyage we’ll add our own 'African-American twist' to the cruise. Depending on group size, we usually bring our own DJ so you can party “old school style” during the voyage.

We will also bring our own dance instructor who will how you some moves including Salsa and the latest urban line dances. Of course our own Blue World Travel Staff will be there for events like our Bid Whist tournament and current events 'Hat Chat.' We even have a worship service
